Yoshino (吉野) is a friend and schoolmate of Rei Kashima. She is known to be bad at interacting with men.

Appearance

Yoshino has green eyes and long green hair tied up in twin tails. Two forelocks hang on each side of her face, and her twin tails are held by thin white ribbons. She seems to be slightly taller than Rei.

Personality

Yoshino is a nice girl who has difficulty around men. Like Rei, she is very polite and uses formal speech. She has the tendency to accept any flirtatious advancement made on her, and misinterprets polite gestures as romantic ones, which worries her friends and acquaintances alike.

Relationships

Rei Kashima

Yoshino and Rei are friends. Rei is worried about Yoshino's weakness towards men because it may cause trouble for her in the future. In an attempt to build up Yoshino's immunity, Rei asked her sister, Yuu Kashima, to introduce Yoshino to the "most wonderful man" she knows.

Yuu Kashima

Yoshino knows Yuu through her younger sister Rei. Despite Kashima's handsome appearance, Yoshino feels comfortable around her because she still regards Kashima as a girl.

Masayuki Hori

Yoshino met Hori through Yuu, when Rei asked her sister to invite a male friend, so Yoshino could get used to talking with men. Initially she was not able to refuse Hori's mock confessions, but over time she gained the ability to do so. Hori thinks that Yoshino has poor taste because Kashima is not her first choice.

Mikoto Mikoshiba

Yoshino meets Mikoshiba near the end of Chapter 126. He jokingly flirts with her, temporarily destroying the progress she had made with Hori.
