Ken Miyamae offers Umetarou Nozaki a copy of the otome game “Secret Days” since Nozaki expressed his profuse interest in it. After the manga work is done, Nozaki asks Masayuki Hori and Hirotaka Wakamatsu to play it with him. Although Hori-senpai is skeptical since it is game targeting girls, Wakamatsu thinks that it could be fun.
Hilarity ensues at an elevated pace as they progress through the game. They wonder who will be the “best option” aka the perfect man for the heroine. Furthermore, when Wakamatsu eagerly points out that they can zoom in on the heroes’ faces, Hori and Nozaki hurriedly back away each time he does that, leaving Wakamatsu completely puzzled at their behavior. At one point, Nozaki tries to add “tsundere” to Suzuki-kun’s personality, but Hori answers that this will just make him need help with emotional stability.
As they near the end of the game, they notice that the characters all end up doing a 180; Nozaki suggests that it is possible that men are sensitive and emotionally unstable. In comparison, their heroine is completely resilient. Finally, the game’s shocking conclusions leave the group with only one thought—all men have some something to hide.
The next day in school, Nozaki hides behind a confused Chiyo Sakura as he asks Mikoto Mikoshiba what the latter is really like. During basketball practice, a mystified Yuzuki Seo watches Wakamatsu’s unusual behavior as his teammates caringly ask him what is wrong. Lastly, Hori asks a baffled Kashima what would happen if he suddenly grew wings.
